Ingredients
1 bag of frozen vegitables, 1 can of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of water, 1 cup uncooked rice, 2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, and shreaded chedar cheese.
Directions
Season and grill chicken to your liking.
In a casserole dish mix vegitables, rice, soup, and water.
Place chicken on top or chop into bitesize pieces. (wichever you prefer)
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Spread cheese on top and serve.
I will be sure to try this one. I always like new recipes.
Simple, but it sounds good. smiles. Something easy for those do it quick nights for dinner.

i love chicken and rice dishes. here's my family's favorite
chicken and rice for a croud
instructions
16 mixed chicken pices with bones in
1 roasting pan
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of cellery soup
1 can of chedder cheese soup which is a pain to find you can just use one of the others and then toss in cheese if you can't find it
2 14 oz cans of chicken broth or 1 32 oz carton
1 box lipton onion or onion with muhroom soup
method
1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees and allow two hours for cooking
2. grease your roaster or line with foil
3. put two cups of rice in bottom of roaster
4. add each soup and then pour broth in to its can and shake or stir around to get the soup dregs out. then pour in to theroaster making sure that all rice is covered.
5. season your chicken as you desire. i usually use garlic powder and oregano.
6. place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the roaster.
7. sprinkle one packet of onion soup over chicken.
8. flip the pieces over and do the same with the seccond packet of onion soup.
9. bake for two hours.
10. bask in the praise of your relatives and friends.
11. this tastes great with a nice tossed salad, green beans and a glass of white wine.
